Contact Lens Exam

BOOK YOUR CONTACT LENS EXAM TODAY

BAY EYE CENTER | MANSFIELD & PLYMOUTH, MA

Whether you are interested in contacts for the first time or have been wearing contacts for years, Bay Eye Center provides contact lenses that offer clear vision and comfort. Our doctors will discuss the healthiest options for your eyes and fit you in a contact lens that will give you optimal vision based on your needs. We strongly recommend 1-day disposable contact lenses for the best health of your eyes. Most of the time, this exam can be done alongside your yearly comprehensive eye exam.

If you have never worn contacts before, our staff will train you to insert and remove the contacts properly and effectively care for them. We have contact lenses for astigmatism, dry eye, and bifocal. Contact lenses can be worn every day or for special occasions and activities. We offer different types of contact lenses including:

  • Daily contacts
  • Toric contacts- for an astigmatism
  • Multifocal contacts- seeing close up and far away in one lens

We also offer two specialty contact lenses, Ortho-K, and scleral lenses. Please refer to our myopia control and scleral pages for more information.

WE’RE STANDING BY TO ANSWER ALL YOUR QUESTIONS

If you are a new wearer of contacts, you can schedule a contact lens fitting during your comprehensive eye exam. During this appointment, we will have a member of our staff show you how to take the contacts in and out. You will be sent home with trial contacts and return a week later to finalize the prescription.
