Last Saturday, our team at BayState Eye Center decided to meet up and talk about you. Dr. Lynch invited every team member to our Mansfield office. It started at 9 a.m. sharp. Nobody was late. We were focused. Focused on you. For the next two hours, we broke down our processes and brainstormed new ways to make your experience even better. Here we are in action.
We’re always looking for opportunities to improve our service to you. So, we examined every second of your visit, from the moment you step inside our office and check-in...to the moment you sit in the chair for your exam…when you check out and walk out the door… and the days, weeks, and months after your appointment. Every second matters to us.
Toward the beginning of our strategy session, Dr. Lynch read a few testimonials from patients like you. They mentioned our friendly & professional staff, the ease of booking appointments, buying glasses and contacts, and our strong communication with you before, during, and after your visit. Our goal is to have every single patient write a testimonial like that. We want you to tell your family, friends, and even strangers, about us. That’s why we huddled for 120 minutes, searching for any improvements we can make to take better care of you and your family.
Pretty soon our brand-new exam room will be ready in Mansfield. You’ll notice some additional upgrades as well. We also have a brand-new optometrist starting in early August. She just got married! And what a wedding it was. More about that in our next email.
