Meet the Loyal Patient Who Bought Six Pairs of Glasses!

Meet Shelley Marks.

Shelley Marks has been a Bay Eye Center patient for many years. To say Shelley is loyal - is an understatement.

She has worked as a buyer for Stop & Shop for 28 years. And for the last 26 years, she has helped people with their taxes at H&R Block. She’s loyal and she genuinely enjoys helping other people.

She also loves the selection and style at Bay Eye Center! During her last visit with us, she bought not one, not two, not three, not four, not five… but SIX pairs of glasses!

“Anyone that knows me will tell you that my glasses have to match my outfit,” Shelley said with a smile. “I have all different colors; aqua, red, pink, blue, multi-colored…”

Perhaps one of those pairs helps her see her poker cards better. “I’ve played Texas Hold’em with the same group of ladies for the last 15-20 years. We play every Tuesday night!” Another example of loyalty.

And when it comes to Bay Eye Center, Shelley spreads the word!

“I’ve never been disappointed. People always ask me where to go and I always tell them Bay Eye Center. Everyone always tells me they’re happy I told them to go there. From the moment I step in the office, to the second I leave - every single person is just so caring and genuine. It’s easy to see how much they care about their patients - and their follow up is wonderful, too,” Shelley said.
